Majid Al Futtaim opened ELMNT33° on the Plaza at Mall of Egypt on 28 September 2026. The company put EGP 457 million into 5,250 square metres of co-working desks and kitchens under the line In Your Element. Arabic mall copy uses استمتع بعالمك الخاص. The address is El Wahat Road, 6th of October / Sheikh Zayed. That is Giza governorate. It is a dining and work floor, not a concert listing.
Khalifa Bin Braik, CEO of Majid Al Futtaim Properties Egypt, presented the floor as tables you can work at and kitchens on the same level. Rasha Azab, general manager of Mall of Egypt, named the Plaza as the door. Junction Business Park next door is seeking LEED Gold. Treat that as a neighbouring office campus. It is a separate building.
Names on the launch list are Aubaine, Joe & The Juice, Al Beiruti, Nuwa, Koffee Kulture, Ozel, Tabali, MOKO, CAF, Nude, Don Eatery and Bascota. Mall of Egypt's Facebook on 17 October 2026 said Aubaine is now open. That is the only kitchen we can mark as trading from an official mall post. Other counters may already be serving. Confirm on the mall directory or at the door before you cross town for a specific brand.
Mall of Egypt has sat on El Wahat Road since 2017. The complex is listed at 165,000 square metres with 356 stores, Ski Egypt, VOX Cinemas and Magic Planet. The official homepage, fetched this week, shows Open today 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM and bills ELMNT33° on the same page with those mall hours. Use 10:00 to 22:00 for the building. Tenant kitchens set their own clocks. We are not printing a last-order time for Bascota or Joe & The Juice.

Parking is the Mall of Egypt decks. Gate A is the usual Ski Egypt approach. Ride-hail drop works on the Plaza side if the driver knows ELMNT. There is no metro on El Wahat Road. From Mohandessin or Dokki budget the 26th of July corridor, then the desert road. From Faisal you are already west. Friday evening and Saturday afternoon queues at Ski Egypt spill into the Plaza. If you want a table, go earlier in the day.
